This post took us as a while as we wrap up wedding season but here it is! The Oscars did not disappoint when it came to absolute, in your face, glittering glamour and dazzle on the red carpet. Two interesting observations from the show, an absolute lack of dresses with straps or shoulders and metallic is back with a vengeance!

Awards season is heating up in Hollywood and while we wait to enjoy our favourite actors strut for the 85th Academy Awards later in February, we thought we would share some of the best looks from the recently concluded Golden Globe Awards.

The Globes are perhaps only rivaled by the Oscars when it comes to serious fashion points that the whole world collectively awards to the men and women of the big screen.
